rillette.<\/li>\n<li>Place the shortcrust pastry in a mould and prick with a fork.<\/li>\n<li>Top the quiche with the potato mixture.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk and cream and season to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Spread the mixture over the quiche.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color:
