Effectivement, Beaucoup de conserveries mettent en avant ces termes pour des raisons marketing. Mais chez Kerbriant ça n’est pas le cas , et c’est justement ça qui est intéressant avec cette petite conserverie de Douarnenez ! C’est, réellement, une entreprise familiale avec Marc ( le père), Véronique ( la mère) , Céline et Cédric ( les enfants) C’est une conserverie artisanale! Et oui! tout est préparé à la main! ils n’utilisent pas ou peu de sel, aucun colorant, ni conservateur, et aucun exhausteur de goût,
