This green algae has the strongest taste. Quite herbaceous.

In dehydrated version, it is used to spice up a sauce, mayonnaise or sprinkle on dishes, a bit like parsley! ♥

Once rehydrated, it is tender in the mouth. Its iodine touch will awaken a salad.

It is the queen of seaweed for making seaweed tartar.
